◎简　　介

　　香港女孩德馨（蔡卓妍 饰）为寻父来到台湾，因为一次阴差阳错的误会，她结识了明星柏野（贺军翔 饰），并在其帮助下找到了父亲杨庆泰（姜厚任 饰）。原来，父亲已在上海创业，柏野因拍戏约德馨一起来到上海，德馨的同行阿力（陈至恺 饰）也来到家族在上海的分公司。柏柔（李晟 饰）是柏野的妹妹，原想去欧洲发展，但为了助男友王瑞（王凯 饰）实现做导演的梦，她把哥哥资助她的钱全投在了王瑞身上，刚开始柏野极力阻止妹妹的荒唐做法，但最终无奈接受了现实。因杨庆泰也是柏野初恋情人惟晨的父亲，所以他坚决反对女儿和柏野交往，这让德馨很是伤心。后来，杨庆泰生意失败，他把女儿当成了东山再起的筹码......
